Dr. Greta Mifsud Agius is an associate of Mifsud & Mifsud Advocates. Her main specialization is Family Law and civil law.
1. 1997, Legal Practice with Mr. Justice Giovanni Bonello.
2. 2000 - 2003 Practice as a judicial assistant with the family court. She has also been appointed on numerous occasions as a legal referee on family cases, be it separations, civil annulments and other family related issues.
3. 1998, Appointed as Company Secretary with the Government-owned Company Maltawin.
4. 1999, Appointed as legal advisor with the Malta Standards Authority.
5. 2006, the Minister of Justice appointed her as Chairperson of the Small Claims Tribunal, a Tribunal that decides cases related to monetary claims under LM1500(euro 3494). Dokument C.
